Wednesday night I went to the Upper West Side for dinner at MP and TP's apartment. A bunch of people came, so it was a lot of fun. We had soba noodles mixed with green onion, cilantro, other green herbs; chicken; really good bread and a chocolate cake with whipped cream and strawberries on top! Mmm, good.

Thursday evening was also quite enjoyable. I met with LS around dinner time and we had Indian food in Midtown. It was a nice place, and delicious. I got a mangolassi, and we shared naan bread and samosas. I picked the chicken with onion, scallion, and pretty good sauce that was a little spicy. I liked LS's dish-- Chicken masala. Anyway, had really nice time: Great, easy and funny conversation.

LS had agreed to see The Taking of Pelham 123 at midnight, so after eating we headed to the 34th St theater to make sure it was playing there. Since it was only around 10p, we decided to see a movie before it. LS let me pick, so I chose My Life in Ruin which takes place in Greece. It was all right... Made me laugh and all.

The Taking of Pelham 123 was a lot better! I think Denzel and Travolta are awesome actors; they played their part well. It was pretty suspenseful at times and I liked the ending so the movie was pretty great!

Tonight I'm meeting with a group to check out the MOMA (Museum of Modern History)-- It's free this Friday, then we're going out to eat.
