Have been having such a great time lately.

Monday night met with MM for delicious 20 cent wings at 1849 and a huge basket of skinny fries. It was all very good, and had a nice time chatting with MM. Also stopped by Pinkberry afterwards to redeem my free small fro yo coupon-- I got the new passionfruit flavor with strawberries and big halved cherries. Mmm!

MM and I then heade to Bryant Park lawn for the Monday Night Movie. It was Golddiggers of 1933-- One of the old black and white films. I met a couple of MM's friends and relaxed on the grass. The movie was pretty good.

Tuesday night I went to see My Sister's Keeper the tearjerker drama about a sister with cancer and the lawsuit that ensues. It was well done I thought.

Wednesday after my internship I shopped at H&M-- Decided to get a pale peach tanktop with sheer material and sequins on the top, plus a little string to tie around the waist. It's cute.

When done shopping, I headed uptown to meet with small group. We finally sat out in the backyard terrace and had very yummy food: Beef pancakes, apple pie, pita bread with melted parmesaon on it and pita with ricotta and honey. Soo good! The study went long tonight, as there was a lot to discuss and think about.

Thursday was a good day, even though it was raining and we didn't get to go to the Hudson Terrace. Still had fun walking around, eating at a nice restaurant then getting Coldstone and enjoying the 80's music. Then just chilled, admiring the view of the Empire State Building all lit up in red, white, blue...

Friday I met with O at Main Street Flushing and we and had lunch at a noodle place. I got the shredded chicken and vegetable chow fun, and for appetizers fried pork and dumplings. O was cool. He seems like good friend material.

Later in the day went into the city to meet with T who is super cute, and has a great body. His eyes are beautiful too-- The base is green and there are streaks of blue and solid yellow. They're striking. Plus, T was very sweet-- Understanding about my need to take pictures, stroking my hair, sitting close to me, letting me lean on him, telling me "You're so pretty" We walked around toward the MOMA and stopped by the Waldorf Astoria just to chill in the lounge awhile then continued on. We sat at the steps of the NY Public Library. It was relaxing, and nice to be so near him.

After he left, I had some time before having to meet LS to see Public Enemies so I called DM (who's in San Diego) and she actually picked up! We haven't spoken for quite awhile so it was a real treat to be able to chat. She's coming to visit at the end of this month so that should be really fun.

Met up with LS around 9p and got our ticket for 10:00 showing. We went to Starbucks and shared the strawberries and cream drink then headed to the theater-- was such a long line for Public Enemies but I guess it's to be expected-- Definitely a popular movie and Johnny Depp is in it. He was awesome! I really enjoyed watching it, and the love story that was woven in. The end was sooo good. It defninitely caught my heart.

After the movie, LS and I rushed to Touch Nightclub. On the way we passed a firehouse with the gates open and firemen out talking to a bunch of ladies. I wanted to stop and say hi but I knew A was waiting at Touch so had to keep going. Sigh. Next time I will meet them!

Touch was not very good. The DJ was sup-par, the crowd wasn't very hot and most of them were rude, then my feet were hurting from the high high platform stilettos and the stupid bitches upstairs poured alcohol on us below so Touch is officially on my blacklist-- Never going back.

We left around 3a, and LS has a car so he dropped us off. I stayed the night at A because I'm going with her and a friend to Coney Island today (4th of July!). I really enjoy her company and we had a fun time talking about boys, dating, relationships, sex, one night stands-- All the juicy stuff!

So, didn't get much sleep. Was hard to wake up in the morning but I finally did and we headed to Coney Island. We watched the hot dog eating contest-- Joey Chestnut (the white guy) won by scarfing down 68 hotdogs in about 10 minutes. It's also a new record. Really crazy!

After that, went to Nathans and got onions and pepper hotdog with fries. Since I went to the line before everyone else, I lost A and S and my battery on the phone died so couldn't get in contact with them. Decided just to go home since I needed to rest, get some stuff for the evening.

Tonight, will be meeting with RG and heading to C's rooftop party and watch some fireworks. After that will head to M2, an awesome club with MG and maybe A. Should be fun, especially since I'll be wearing more comfortable shoes!
