Wednesday was a fairly relaxing day, especially because the weather was so spring perfect. I had three interviews and it wasn't so bad because they were spaced far enough in between for me to get to all of them without rushing. The one I had with NYU/Wagner seemed to go well. It was very informal and the interviewer put me at ease so I was able to answer without much hesitation etc. She pronounced me a 'good candidate' and will know who to hire on Friday.
After my last interview (in Chelsea), I went to Burlington Coat Factory to browse around a little (mostly in the dresses). MS called and he wanted to meet up in a couple of hours but I asked if we could hang out sooner and he agreed! He does a lot for me, which I really appreciate.
We went to UNO for dinner and shared a steak quesidilla as appetizer then had our respective meals. He got the deep dish pepperoni pizza and I opted for the chicken/cheese/broccoli with pesto penne. Pretty good.
After eating, we headed to Dave and Busters to play air hockey. I beat him once and I thought I could do it again, but we played two games and he won both! Granted, I scored on myself a couple of times but still... Grr!
We then watched Baby Mama. (I know MS wanted to watch Iron Man but I'm not sure if I did...) and it was cute and funny. I enjoyed leaning against MS and hand holding throughout the movie.
After that, he rode with me all the way back to Queens and gave little sweet kisses along the way. Unfortunately, he couldn't come up but walked me to the apartment, held me close, kissed me and told me to get home (California-home) safe. Aww! I'll miss him, but I won't be gone for too long...
Before leaving NY, I checked my email and received a message from LLR Consulting-- it's a fashion/lifestyle boutique PR firm, and Kelly's offering me the internship (that will go through the fall)! That sounds pretty good to me; I just hope that I can do full time over the summer so it will keep me busy.
