So, I got what I wanted (in more ways than one)... Tuesday night turned out to be an exciting game between the Mets and Dodgers at Citifield which is an okay stadium. At first I was thoroughly under the impression that I liked the Yankees Stadium much better, but as I sat in the Promenade section (highest part), I realized I could see the players infinitely better so I liked that cozyness.
Only thing is the Mets sucked. They made no homeruns, while Dodgers (from LA! Go California!) were making hits like crazy and at least on the field every inning. They ended up with 8 homeruns, which was pretty awesome. Also, Manny (who got boo'd everytime he came up) threw his gear on the ground after he struck out and was kicked out of the game! Wow... His replacement was really good though. So enjoyed the game!
Wednesday night after small group at the Upper West Side, I traveled to the Upper East Side (took a crosstown bus, then walked a bunch of blocks) to meet with G and some of his friends. S seemed cool, but wasn't a big fan of her friend.
Anyway, we stopped by G's friend's apartment and it was nice to chill there for a bit then headed out. There were 5 of us, and we were able to find a cab that took us all (normally they won't take 4+).
We went downtown to a jazz club that S had heard about but when we got there, it was nowhere to be found. So then S suggested we go downtown on the West side where there's more happening. She and her friend left first because G, J and I had to make sure their friend coming in from Philadelphia would be able to find them because they had already told him to head to the jazz place. Went to a bar with the guys, and J commented that I'm radiant and he could sense it when I first walked in the room. It's actually not the first time I've heard that.
G actually got a hold of his friend from Philly and told him to meet us downtown instead of traveling all the way up. We grabbed a cab and since the girls had mentioned 80's music I knew they were at Joshua Tree, and TM (the friend from Philly) joined us not too long after we arrived. He was cute but wasn't able to really engage him in conversation at first. I was just dancing to the music, and after a bit noticed that P started chatting with him but she has a boyfriend so was kind of like WTF, get away! She finally moved away, and I came closer to where he was and we started chatting, and it was great.
At some point he took out some money, and I noticed he had a few hundreds, so I reached over to take one-- Really was just trying to get one, but I ended up with $300 in my hand and TM said (all sexy-like), "You're coming home with me." I just gave him a little smile, and took sips of his beer. Continued talking, and by the time we left, we had agreed on taking over G's pull out bed and we had our arms around each other. Then, since G and S live just a few blocks from each other, the 6 of us actually found a cab to take all of us and I ended up on TM's lap-- Soo comfortable!
Before going back to G's apt, we stopped by a pizza place then ate at the apt. TM gave me a kiss, all sweet-like and it tasted good! G was awesome enough to let us have the large pull out bed with nice pimped out dark blue covers and pillows. G was on the air mattress and had to be in the same room since it's a studio.
We made sure G was settled on his bed before we really started going at it. At first it was mostly kissing, and TM commented that he liked the biting-- He thought it was hot! He could also tell that I'm a kisser, which is oh so true! After that TM started to pull my clothes off, and pleasuring me wonderfully and complimenting me on my body, grinding and moving closer, getting hot and heavy. In a bit his clothes came off, and wow did he have a great body, especially upper (my favorite part). He was so smooth, muscled but not overly so... And nicely tanned. Then he went down on me-- Mmmmmm
After all that, we had to get back into our clothes since we were at G's place and wouldn't be a good idea to have him see us naked.. I rested my head on his shoulder and wrapped my arm around his waist and he came closer to me, commenting that he loves that I like to cuddle. We fell asleep like that.
T woke fairly early, but I wasn't completely up until a bit later. When I was awake, snuggled closer to him and then was on top of him and he said it kept him very warm and comfortable. Apparently I'd be very good to have in winter, better than an electric blanket. And he told me he wishes he could take me back to Philadelphia... Awww, he's a sweetie!
I would definitely want to see him again but realize we probably won't be together in a dating relationship-- As is the case with most of the men I end up kissing, etc. I know it's partly my fault for rushing into the physical all the time, falling in love in a flash (obviously, surface love) but what can I say.
We got ready to go out for breakfast after J came by. Went to the Barking Dog which had the best deal: Juice, eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage, bread-- All for $6! And it was good food. Left with TM because we both had to take the greenline part of the way... He was going back to Philadelphia to do some work late in the day (he's a graphic designer). He really wants me to visit (and I want to-- definitely have more to explore in Philly and want to shop at the Ross there), but would like him to come to NY again first. We'll see.
I got to the Shops at Columbus Circle for the Coca Cola Restaurant Week event in the afternoon and met PM and a couple other gals. There were only 2 restaurants that had more food left, but they were pretty good. One place had ravioli which was so, so delicious! Then I got some mahi mahi and cous cous with lamb, pork, sausage from another place. Pretty good.
After that I headed back to my place (even though it takes soo long to get there) to recharge the phone (I went to the AT&T store and I can get a new phone August 21 or later, so will definitely be doing that. Ideally, I want a Blackberry but not sure if my parents will be okay with $100 a month bill. I'm sure there's another option though... I'm just going to have to bring someone knowledgeable about this with me) and to get ready to go out for the evening.
Went back into the city to meet with a bunch of people to see a play called Second Love by Mark Jacobs. Had a nice time chatting with the group, and enjoyed the play as well. It was about a married couple trying to save their marriage. Was fun to watch. Stayed after to talk about the play, and speak with the author then headed to a Mexican restaurant-- The author, his wife, director and others who worked on the play joined us, and we got to sit outside. Sweet! It was cool to get to know people, and hear stories about the making of the play and so on.
It's super late right now so I need to go to my bed right now but had a great time chatting with some people online, especially TS. She was my favorite college roommate. We used to have such fun together! I shared with her some of the latest stories and she wanted to know all much detail. Then, she made a really nice comment: "So you're just dating around to find the perfect guy. That's good." Which I love because that's just so nonjudgmental! She's always been great like that, and she will hopefully visit soon!
