Spring has sprung! It's a beautiful day out. I enjoyed walking around Bryant Park, complete with big pots of yellow tulips, purple flowers, grassy green lawn, a carousel, beautiful fountain, and outdoor seating all around.

Last night was much fun. I met up with DB around Washington Square and we went to La Lanterna Di Vittorio for some dinner. We got focaccia crisps and a delicious wild mushroom, garlic, and tomato pizza. Everything was very good. Afterwards, we headed to a little cafe for some dessert and after that we were on our way to the Majestic Theater for Phantom of the Opera!

It's a huge, grand, opulent theater. The show was incredible. Set design really captured the mood of what was happening. The water, fog, candles, etc that makes up the Phantom's lair; the chandelier falling; real fire and loud shocking gunshots. It was quite impressive. And the caliber of the singing was sky-high. So passionate, emotive, delightful. All of it was such an amazing production.
